Tickets are non-refundable / Rainouts are non-refundable. Early bird pricing ends June 20, 2026 at midnight.
Spectator etiquette:
- Please remain in your seat until the end of play and only leave your seat during a player change over. Note that the change over begins at the third game of each set.
- Please refrain from making noise during play.
- Smoking is not permitted within the grounds of Hollyburn Country Club.
- Turn cell phones to silent or vibrate mode.
- Do not use flash photography from the stands.
Code of Conduct:
- Tennis Canada, Tennis BC, ATP and the WTA are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans attending.
- We ask that fans be respectful of those around them and that they conduct themselves appropriately at all times.
- Guests will be denied entry if intoxicated/impaired or in possession of an illegal substance.
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by tournament organizers may result in ejection and/or further legal action.
- Fans who are ejected will have their tickets revoked and will not be compensated in any way.
Parking:
- Only Box Holders with parking passes are allowed to park on the premises.
- Public transit or carpooling is recommended.
- Free parking is available at: Sentinel School (1250 Chartwell Drive) and at Chartwell Elementary School (1300 Chartwell Drive). There is a shuttle down to the Club. Follow signs to the shuttle stop at Sentinel School.
- Please do not park on Cross Creek Road.
- Allow ample time to walk (15 mins) or take shuttle to Hollyburn Country Club.
- Please note parking is NOT allowed on the streets surrounding Hollyburn Country Club.
- Towing is enforced.
